events across Australia. In November 2025, we partnered with the Department of Home
Affairs to deliver professional interpreting services for a week-long international
program held at Pier One, Sydney Harbour.

This important event was led by the Hon. Tony Burke MP, Australian Government Minister and included senior members of his
ministerial delegation, alongside high-profile representatives from Indonesia and
Thailand.

Clear, accurate communication was essential to support discussions, collaboration, and relationship-building between all parties.

Background

The Department of Home Affairs hosted a week-long programme bringing together
senior government representatives and delegates from Indonesia and Thailand.

The programme included formal meetings, presentations, and collaborative sessions
focused on strengthening international cooperation. With multiple languages
involved, professional interpreting was required to ensure all participants could
engage fully and confidently.

Given the high-profile nature of the event, the Department required a reliable and experienced provider who could deliver both interpreting services and technical support to the highest standard.
